Bucktee Intellectual Property Protection Policy
At Bucktee, we offer an online platform that enables users to unleash their creativity by designing and selling personalized merchandise such as T-shirts. We are committed to fostering a respectful and lawful environment for all users. As part of this commitment, we strictly prohibit any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, and related rights. If you suspect that a user on the Bucktee platform has violated your intellectual property rights, please follow the procedure outlined below.
A. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement:
Bucktee takes all claims of intellectual property infringement seriously. Upon receiving a valid complaint, we will promptly remove or block any content that is believed to infringe third-party intellectual property rights in good faith. Repeated violations will result in the termination of services for the offending user.
To report copyright infringement or other violations, please provide the following information to our Designated Agent:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that has been infringed, including any applicable registration numbers.
- Description and location of the allegedly infringing content on the Bucktee platform.
- Your contact information, including your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement affirming your good faith belief that the disputed use is unauthorized.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury, confirming the accuracy of the provided information and your authority to act on behalf of the rights holder.
- The electronic or physical signature of the authorized person.
B. Handling Infringement Notifications:
Upon receiving a valid infringement notification, Bucktee will immediately remove or disable access to the infringing content and will notify the user who is responsible for the content. Repeat offenders will have their accounts and services terminated.
C. Submitting a Counter-Notice:
If you believe that content has been wrongfully removed or disabled, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:
- Identification of the removed or disabled content and its prior location on the Bucktee platform.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, asserting that you have a good faith belief in the legality of the content.
- Your contact information.
- Your consent to jurisdiction for legal proceedings related to the counter-notice.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Once we receive your counter-notice, Bucktee may inform the original complainant and may reinstate the content within 10 to 14 business days, unless legal action is initiated by the rights holder.
Please be advised that submitting false claims may lead to legal consequences under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, including potential damages and attorney’s fees.
