EXCHANGE POLICY
At Bucktee, we don’t offer exchanges based on customer selections. We carefully review and confirm all details—including sizes, designs, and quantities—when orders are placed, ensuring accuracy. As such, we trust that customers will make informed choices and cannot accept exchanges for items due to selection errors.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Our products are custom-made to your specifications. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please email us immediately after placing your order. We can accommodate changes before production starts, typically within 6 hours, depending on our current production schedule.

Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible, though replacements may be considered under certain circumstances.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our policy allows returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, the order will be considered accepted by the customer, and refund requests will no longer be processed.

We will provide a full refund in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The product is shattered.
  • The product design differs from what was ordered.
  • The product size or material differs from what was ordered.
  • The product you received is not the one you ordered.
  • The product differs from its description.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and unmodified.
  • Items must include the original tags.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items with minor issues, such as loose threads that can be cut or repaired, are acceptable.

To process a return and refund, we require:

  • Shipping label/receipt.
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Evidence of defective items (e.g., photos or emails).

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN AND REFUND
To begin your return request, email us at [email protected] with the necessary documentation. Our customer support team will respond within 2–3 business days. Once we provide the return address and instructions, please carefully pack your items and use a traceable carrier for return shipping. Be sure to send us the tracking number or a picture of the return receipt.

Refunds will only be processed after our confirmation email, validating your return request.

Important: Please do not return the items without prior confirmation via email. We are not responsible for lost returns, and refunds will not be processed for unconfirmed returns. If we do not receive the return package, no refund will be issued. Please email us the tracking number for the return shipment to [email protected].

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, incorrect, or damaged items. Note: we do not provide prepaid return labels.

Refund processing typically takes up to 2 business days once we receive the return. A full refund will be issued, including any shipping fees previously paid. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 to 15 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
